Professional Development Programs
AWC Austin offers a number of professional development programs throughout the year. In addition to the informational topics and speakers at the monthly luncheons, the Professional Development committee plans two or more events each year that offer AWC members and non-members the opportunity to expand their skill base and learn about fields of interest in the area of communications. Programs are held in the form of seminars, panel discussions and other career enhancement programs. These sessions may be held during a half or full-day workshop or evening program. information on upcoming programs will be posted in the News/Events and calendar section of the web site and in the chapter newsletter.
