First-Time Login Instructions for Accessing the National Online Database |
The national organization has put together an online directory for the nationwide membership. This directory can be an excellent way to find other members, both in Austin and around the country.
Initially, your record will include only the basic data you submitted with your membership application. In order for the directory to be an effective networking tool, the information it contains should be as complete as possible. Please take a few minutes to register and update your profile. You will need to know your member number (which can be found on your card, your dues invoice, or on the mailing label for your conference brochure).
The address for the directory is http://mcweb01.memberclicks.com/mc/prelogin.do?hidOrgID=awc. Select "My Profile" to review and edit your information. If you have trouble, send an email to "mailto:members@womcom.org">members@womcom.org. The national office will be glad to talk you through the process if needed.
How to Change Your Contact Information on the National Database
The master AWC database and the online directory are synchronized in real time at the national office . When you register for the online directory, you will have the opportunity to review the information the national office has on file for you. You can very simply make changes yourself and know that they will be included in the master database. Changes made in the national database/directory are reported to chapters quarterly. How to Change Your Contact Information with the Austin Chapter
Once you submit a change to the national office through one of the above processes, the local chapter will be notified within a month.
